House Rules effective September 6, 2019:
Tickets are nonrefundable.
Price of Raffle Tickets: $20
The drawing will take place on the DOH stage after the AWF concert, December 15, 2019 between 5:00 and 6:30pm.
The winning tickets will be drawn in the following order:
3rd Prize: Two opera subscriptions for MOT Spring, 2020 Season (value $650)
2nd Prize: Two opera and dance subscriptions for the entire MOT 2020-2021 Season (value $1000)
1st Prize: 50/50 Raffle
Need not be present to win. The 1st Prize winner will be issued a check on the next business day of the drawing which will be available by 5pm, Monday, December 16, 2019.
Please note that all prizes valued at $600 or more will be subject to Federal Income Tax Withholding. The winners must complete tax form 5754, before claiming the 1st prize. If you wish to donate the prize or any portion thereof, the total prize is still subject to the tax withholding prior to a donation.
In event of extenuating circumstances that prevent the drawing from happening on Sunday, December 15, 2019, the drawing will take place from the Detroit Opera House on Monday, December 16, 2019.
